no, they named a part on the map "Parker" because it was the name of the main character in red faction 1 or 2 but i think its the 1st one.

The main character in RF2 was Alias. (poor name choice - I know)

HeaT has played RF1 quite a bit - he wasn't talking about Parker Sector.
