This is my first timid step into the modding scene. It was frustrating, at least, to pull this off without tutorials, simple as it is.
I've remastered the cut Bulldozer vehicle and placed it in-game. It now spawns at every safehouse. The default, unimplemented Bulldozer was weak, susceptible to small-arms fire, and often exploded whilst bulldozing things. It was also too fast and felt unrealistic - so I remade it.

Info:
- The "Killdozer" is completely immune to small-arms fire, terrain damage, and object damage. It can only be damaged by explosives. Who wants a bulldozer that blows up when you hit stuff, anyway?
- It can plow through just about anything without slowing down.
- It looks awesome because I swapped the default exhaust effects with fire effects. After all, it is a guerrilla modified bulldozer. It might aswell spew mighty gouts of flame.
- There's a tradeoff, though, to keep it balanced - it's slow, meaning that once you've hit red alert and tanks start rolling in it's time to hoof it, because your Killdozer won't last long under continuous fire.
- Updated the .bat from V1, so it actually works.
- Tweaked handling, improved speed.
- Plowing crap should feel more natural.
I couldn't fix the problem where people in cars panicked upon detecting the Killdozer. Imagine that the Killdozer is so badass, people forget how to drive when they look at it because they can't handle the awesome. I also couldn't avoid the fact that the Killdozer simply doesn't fit in the hangar. When it spawns, it'll usually be stuck in the roof. It'll have to break out, so get in it and drive. The hangar usually flies apart. Finally, be careful - people do get trapped in the plow, which is often lethal (to them).

I'm pretty much through with this, honestly. I was going to try some other things, but I've been focusing so much on fixing things that break when I change stuff that it's taking too long to actually accomplish anything. I'm out of patience. If anyone wants to pick it up or put it in their mod, feel free to do so. Just credit me.
When I can think straight and feel like working with this stuff again, I might release a few minor mods. Sorry to anyone who was disappointed. I updated the installation batch file in V1, and removed the random bulldozer spawns in Parker and other locations, so that in theory, they should only appear in safehouses. However, I've noticed that the safehouse spawns seem to break sometimes... not sure how to fix it. Oasis seems to work consistently, however. It does still spawn in the vehicle hangar, where it's too large to actually fit, but it smashes its way out easy enough once you get in it.
For maximum enjoyment with the Bulldozer, I personally recommend using 0luke0's physics mod program and setting physics destructiveness to about 85%. Well, it sucks to know it'll destroy the roof. Couldn't you spawn it at the secondary base spawn point? There's always more than one, right?

Mod wont work, keeps saying "Stoped Responding" when it goes to rebuild misc file.
Would someone mind hosting up the Misc.vpp_pc file that has the Killdozer already baked into it?
I don't like it when people do that, it makes it so you can't use other mods. I wish every mod will have the .bat file installation, simple copy and paste.

Did you get the mod to work? I tried running it even as Administrator nothing, but error when I go to rebuild :(

Absolutely awesome. I knew there was once a bulldozer ingame, but I didn't know they left the files for it in! Time to demolish some buildings =D
