Does anyone know if there are mods for this game or RF I?? Like player skins, etc.?

There are a few here, but for the most part the modding community is dead as a result of lack of interest in the game... as a result of the lack of dedicated servers & official level editor and the use of GFWL.

so how do you use mods on newer games like this?
