My Weapon Mod

This is the first mod I've made and I feel its good enough to be released. It changes 4 weapons in the game: Rocket launcher, Proximity mines, Grinder, and the Arc Welder. I tested all of them and they seem to work well. A more detailed decription is in the readme. Please tell me if there are any bugs as I'm aware of some but none seem game breaking(see readme).
