I've seen that many other users have also disliked the new camera angle in which RFA was presented, so does anybody think that there might be an option in which you can change the angle back to RFG style?

It is a little closer, but I think that guy was zoomed in the whole time because when he ran to the "walker" the camera went farther away, but still was pretty close. I feel like I wont even worry about it once I play the game for awhile. Who knows it might be better, my buddy complained that RFG's camera was too far away so he gets his wish.

Yeah hopefully the camera is a little farther away than shown in the demo, if not i guess i will just have to adjust to it

Yeah it seems a bit too Gears Of War. Was hoping for the same angle as RF:G. They hit the nail on the head there, IMO.

Indeed. What I liked about RFG's camera was that it wasn't Gears of War, it was ideal for getting around, especially with the jetpack.

The new camera angle defeats the purpose of making the game third person. They switched to third person with RFG so you can see more of the desctruction, but with this new camera angle so close up you can hardly see anything (for instance what is to your left). If it were first person you could probably see more than this  horrible camera positioin since the body wouldn't be blocking another large portion of the screen.

Not too thrilled with the combat style with the mutants either. I'm gonna have to see more of this game before I can tell if it's really a Red Faction game

Red Faction: Armageddon, Volition loves to mess with people who can't spell. As if Guerrilla didn't cause enough spelling errors already

1. I agree about the camera angle.

2. I'm holding judgment on the mutants till I see more or get the game. I think they were just showing them off, I doubt they'll be like that in the real game.

YES I fully agree that the camera angle is WAY too close and focused only on the right of Darius. No one even knows what's happening on the left side or near his legs. Volition/THQ, can you guys please pull back the camera to somewhat similar to RFG. Because this angle is not so good.

I agree, it was too close. Guerrilla nailed it down pat, hope they go back to that.
