I was playing RFG earlier when Puncture came up in the map rotation. Much to my surprise, the game actually started. However, all the low rank players were kicked out when the match started.
This leads me to believe that DLC maps can show up in the normal rotation, even if some players don't have it. I doubt this is supposed to happen, this is the first time it's happened to me at least. Has anybody else experienced this?
No, but I have experienced every player but myself get kicked from a standard map as soon as it started. I think connection issues are more likely to be the case.

Red Faction: Armageddon, Volition loves to mess with people who can't spell. As if Guerrilla didn't cause enough spelling errors already
But the map was a DLC map. The only players that got kicked were blue bars. The only players left in were red (low reds, but still reds). I found this odd. Now, if a blue bar had stayed in, then I would be more likely to agree with you.
